I think note at the beginning of the article that says, "This is a guest post by Justin Levitt, a professor at the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and an expert in constitutional law and the law of democracy, with a particular focus on election administration and redistricting" is important information to have. I think it's sketchy that the admin name is "admin" and an actual person isn't actually listed, the email also has no name of an admin.
