Using Google Reverse Image Search

If you're using Google Chrome as browser, put the cursor over the photo and right-click (control-click on Mac). A "context menu" will pop up and one of the options will be "Search Google for image."

When we reverse search this image we find other pages that contain the photo, from variety of sites. If an image went viral before it was used in the news story you are reading, chances are your news story was not original journalism.
