About Us Summary:
We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit “consumer advocate” for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. We monitor the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews and news releases.
FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.

This seems like a trustworthy
This seems like a trustworthy article, it doesn't use click-bait, no ads, and credible academic sources. I don't think their "advocate" standpoint could be a bias because they're advocating for information and the right to know about the election, their president, and what they do or say. Unless they are specifically advocating for or against any politicians obviously. Wondering about who owns this site, I googled the guy who wrote it as well. He works for at the Patterson School Of Diplomacy and International Commerce which is a legit school.

The fact that a university
The fact that a university runs this site is promising. The fact that it may be written by a student makes the title feel less odd/out of place, and the lack of clickbait supports this. Seems like a decent source.

Seems Trustworthy
I agree with you that this website seems trustworthy and since it's run by a college, I would assume they'd have to keep a trustworthy image. To answer your question, I don't think they seem biased because they're advocating for the right information to be presented to the public. If they were advocating for a specific political issue, then that could make them biased.
